Departing Crewe, we will traverse the West Coast Main Line picking up on the way to Carlisle.
From Carlisle it’s over Beattock Summit and on through the Lowlands of Scotland. Skirting Glasgow and then following the Clyde, we join the West Highland Line at Craigendoran Jn. From here sit back and enjoy the glorious scenery of Loch Long and Loch Lomond, over Rannoch Moor before arriving onto Fort William.

Following a night in Fort William we take the Road to the Isles. Leaving Fort William around 10.00, with views of Ben Nevis, we travel along the shoreline of Loch Eil, crossing over the splendour of Glenfinnan Viaduct and the glorious view down Loch Shiel. Arriving in the fishing port of Mallaig. After a short break we will retrace out route back to Fort William.

Departing Fort William around 09.00 we retrace our route of Friday taking the opportunity to alight at Rannoch to visit the excellent station café, stretch legs or take photographs. Once leaving Rannoch we head south, setting down at those stations we picked up at.
Reserved seating is arranged at tables of 4 or tables of 2 with additional legroom, wide seats, and panoramic windows. A buffet bar is available for the purchase of hot & cold beverages, light refreshments, and alcoholic drinks.
