We are pleased to offer a unique day out visiting locations in Essex and West Anglia which have rarely seen electric locomotives – The train is formed of Mark 1 carriages hauled by our Class 86 & 87 locomotives in top & tail mode.
The day will start at Crewe with pick-ups at Tamworth Low Level, Milton Keynes Central and London Liverpool Street with the route from Milton Keynes Central as follows:

There will be a short break of around 60 minutes at Southend Victoria.
Seating at a private window table for two is available at a supplement of £25 per person.
Seating is at tables of 4 or 2 with large picture windows, wide seats, and plenty of room for comfort. A buffet car is available for the purchase of hot & cold drinks and light refreshments. You may bring on board your own picnic hamper and drinks for consumption during the journey.
